Hellebores are extremely easy to look after - whilst indoors simply water regularly and keep in a cool spot.

Your Helleborus is a carefully selected long lived Green Corsican. It loves being outside and despite its delicate appearance will survive the worst the weather can throw at it.

Once the flowers have withered, remove the stems as far as possible and replant outdoors - it will be happy in a range of gardens and outdoor tub conditions, from full sun to the shade of a tree or a large shrub. If planting directly into your garden, this valuable plant can grow to a width of 50cm over the years.

You can then use your opal glass pot as a quirky kitchen utensils jar or perhaps a catchall for bangles and chunky bracelets!

Whilst it remains in its current pot you can keep your Helleborus in a cool room indoors, water once or twice a week, but ensure it is never left to sit in water. If you see its leaves and stems starting to droop, it is telling you that it is thirsty and like everyone, will simply need a good drink!
