The absolute ideal environment for your plant is a warm room with plenty of light and as much humidity as possible - so kitchens are perfect. Please make sure it your plant is never exposed to cold drafts. A top tip is to keep your poinsettia with other plants, which increases air humidity.

When the soil surface feels dry to the touch, remove your plant from its opal glass pot, filling the internal pot to the top with water. Allow it to soak until the excess begins to drain out the bottom. Never leave the pot sitting in water.
