Each Philippa Craddock plant arrives perfectly protected within our exquisitely designed, flawlessly engineered, and rigorously tested boxes!

We deliver nationwide within two working days (for orders placed by 5pm). You can request a later delivery date. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday (Monday deliveries are not offered - due to logistics your plant would be in transit for three days, which we feel is asking too much). Saturday deliveries can be arranged (please order by 5pm on Thursday) and come at an extra charge – during checkout you will be given this option as an extra. If next day delivery is required, please call us on 01825 723 715.

There is a comments section on the order pages - please use this to suggest a suitable place for the courier to leave the box if the recipient is not at home. The box will, by default, be left on the step (if possible) or with a neighbour. If you would prefer your plant is not left, but re-delivered by the courier, please specify this in the comments section. In this case a card will be posted through the letterbox and the recipient will need to telephone the courier depot to arrange for re-delivery.

We deliver to most UK addresses, but there are exceptions in the Islands - we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.
