Delivery

Our goods are sent out by courier on a 48 hour service that is fully tracked. Your delivery will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm with a one hour delivery window provided on the day of delivery, by SMS and email from the courier, so you don’t have to wait in all day. Alternative delivery options can also be selected on the day of delivery allowing you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits. Simply follow the instructions received in your SMS message or email to instruct the courier to leave the goods on the property in a designated safe place or with a nominated neighbour. All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses. We do not deliver on Mondays or Sundays, unless otherwise stated. Faux flower deliveries take 3 to 5 working days. 

We require three days notice (before 10am) for any amendments or cancellations to be made to orders, but please do call and we will do our best to rectify these at any shorter notice.

We deliver to most UK addresses, but there are exceptions in the Islands - we are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles.

Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control.
