Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Information About Us

Philippacraddock.com is a site operated by Philippa Craddock Ltd (we). We are registered in England and Wales under the company number - 5381326 and with our registered office at -Pheasants Hatch, Piltdown, East Sussex TN22 3XR. Our VAT number is - 924 9915 87.


By supplying your details, you agree to and understand the following: The winner will receive 50 stems of fresh Smith & Munson tulips, ready to arrange at home. The tulips will be picked the same morning as they are dispatched, using overnight courier. We will be sending the tulips out w/c 25th February 2019, we will ask for your address and a safe place to leave the tulips should you not be in at the time of delivery. The winner will be selected at random. The competition is open to everyone globally, but the tulips can only be delivered to a UK home address (the fresh tulips don’t travel well overseas). The tulips will arrive out of water and will require gentle care and placing into water starlight after delivery. By entering your details, you are willing for us to share your first name as the winner through our social media channels (we will only share further personal details, such as your surname and/or general location if permission granted). Your details will be added to receive our newsletter (which you are free to unsubscribe from at any time). We promise to never share your details with anyone else. Competition closes midday on February 22nd 2019. Good luck!

Philippa Craddock and logo are both registered trademarks. Our uniquely designed and carefully engineered boxes and packaging are protected under UK Registered Design. No content, design or trademarks may be reproduced, copied, used, sold and/or duplicated without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our web site at any time. In using our site you agree to accept and abide by all of our Terms & Conditions and act in accordance with the law. You may not alter, impair or interfere in any way with our web site. If you default negligently in any obligations set out in these Terms & Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Philippa Craddock Ltd, our affiliates, partners or licensors. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.


Our Status

We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. We reserve the right to contact you by email, after your first order.


Ordering Online

After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your credit or debit card. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if we have any queries relating to your order.



All prices for products on our web site are inclusive of VAT at current rates. All prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery. Prices are liable to change at any time. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to supply you with the Product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.



We will send out goods according to the delivery day selected. Next day delivery can be selected for orders placed before 12pm. We reserve the right to substitute flowers to the value of the order placed if we do not have the exact flower in stock. Our goods are sent out by courier on a 24 hour service that is fully tracked. Your delivery will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm with a one hour delivery window provided on the day of delivery, by SMS and email from the courier. Alternative delivery options can also be selected on the day of delivery allowing you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits. The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses. We do not deliver on Mondays or Sundays, unless otherwise stated.



We accept Visa (Credit and Debit), MasterCard, Electron, UK Maestro (International Maestro can be accepted for Internet transactions, if supported by MasterCard SecureCode) and Solo. All payments must be made in British Sterling (£). All credit and debit transactions are processed by HSBC, so you can have full confidence that our online ordering service is secure. All cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery if, for any reason, your card issuer refuses to authorise payment. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.



When purchasing a workshop or flower school course place through our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions found here. 

The place purchased in non-transferable, non-refundable. Please be sure you can make the workshop or course before purchasing a place.

Your place is confirmed once you have received the order confirmation email, this is your receipt of purchase and your order number. If you have not received this, it is likely the payment hasn't been processed and your place is not confirmed. You should contact our team on enquiries@philippacraddock.com or 020 7581 0759 if this happens.

Each workshop and course requires a minimum of 6 students to run and we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough participants. We will always notify you within 7 days, offering either a full refund or a place on another workshop or course. 

Whilst we endeavour to avoid such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the location of our workshops in unforeseen circumstances and can't be held responsible for any additional costs occurred in such cases. In such a situation, we will always notify you within 7 days, offering either a full refund or a place on another workshop.

If you have any questions about your flower school booking, please notify the team by e-mailing us on enquiries@philippacraddock.com or telephoning us on 020 7581 0759. Please ensure you receive a response from the team confirming the enquiry has been received.

REDEEMABLE COST SCHEME: Our redeemable cost scheme only applies to the courses listed here and with the stated redeemable costs advertised. You must let our team know or book before the end of the course in order to qualify for the redeemable cost reduction.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT PLAN: The initial deposit made is non-refundable. We cannot hold a workshop or course place without a deposit. The workshop or course place is not secure until we have received full payment. The full workshop/course balance must be settled 2 months prior to the workshop/course start date, after which the initial deposit is non-refundable and the place will be opened up again for resale.

Amending Your Order

If you wish to make any other changes to your fresh flower or faux flower order you may do so by e-mailing us or by calling us on 020 7581 0759.

Five working days notice prior to the delivery date will be required for all fresh flower order cancellations. Should you need to cancel an order for any reason please send an e-mail to enquiries@philippacraddock.com or telephone us on 020 7581 0759.

If you wish to make changes to your workshop booking, we require 28 days notice prior to the workshop date. Please notify the team by e-mailing us on enquiries@philippacraddock.com or telephoning us on 020 7581 0759. Please ensure you receive a response from the team confirming the request has been received.

Our Refunds Policy

We guarantee our flowers for a minimum of 5 days from delivery provided that the care instructions are followed. We endeavour to dispatch all of our flowers in perfect condition. In the event that your flowers have been damaged in transit please keep the flowers and contact us within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph could be required to support any claims.  We cannot be liable for claims reported outside of this time. Where possible we will offer to replace the damaged flowers, however if this is not possible we will offer a full refund to the purchaser.
