It has been an exciting few months within our business, launching our very last Flower Masterclasses, both the Professional Wedding Flowers and Fundamentals, and I’m thrilled to be supporting hundreds of brilliant creatives over the next few months as they follow their dreams. It means the world to me to help others realise their goals, particularly through focussing on their own unique passions and skills.

Over the last few weeks we have begun to share that we are moving our attention forwards - beyond floristry - and today I wanted to share a little more about what that means. I very much hope you will come along with me on this exciting, new chapter.

Being a florist is an important role of two halves – one, sharing our creativity and passion with the world and two, running a successful business behind the scenes. And going forwards, I will be focussing more on the latter, sharing practical, proven, and down to earth strategies to help support big-hearted, creative thinkers – across a myriad of sectors - as they launch and grow their businesses.

What I have, which I believe is unique, is the experience of taking my passion and a desire to be my own boss, from my kitchen table to building a seven-figure global brand. And today, I want to share that story with you. How it begun and what inspired me to take the huge, very scary and life changing decision to quit my full time corporate role and launch my business. This is not something I have shared before, and it’s a very personal story ...

Over the last decade I have developed innovative and successful collaborations with extraordinary brands, including Selfridges & Co., MATCHESFASHION.com, both US and British Vogue and London design museum, the V&A. I have worked closely with leading fashion houses and lifestyle brands including Hermès, Dior, Chanel, SpaceNK and Alexander McQueen, in addition to running two large design studios, an online creative and business school, a physical and online retail space, developing and manufacturing products, running teams of both permanent staff and freelancers, as well as solely managing all our PR, marketing, newsletters, social media and weekly website updates.

Every project has given me an immense breadth to my experience as an entrepreneur. This is part of my brand story. It is authentic and true. Every part of my journey comes with experience and stories that I would love to share with you, including:
